Jack Lewis Stanley, 84, of Hialeah, Florida died Friday, June 18, 2010, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, 2010, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Tom Monroe will officiate with burial to follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 24, 2010 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Mr. Stanley was born on October 17, 1925 in Branford, Florida and was the son of Lucian Walter Stanley and Mary Harrell Stanley, both deceased. He was a retired truck driver and a member of North Hialeah Baptist Church.
Mr. Stanley is survived by his wife, Annette Ross Stanley of Hialeah, Florida; four daughters, Linda Shuster of Naples, Florida, Barbara Monroe of Dallas, Texas, Connie Laing of Edgewater, Florida and Julie Chambers of Naples, Florida; two brothers, Iran Stanley of Branford, Florida and Richard Stanley of High Springs, Florida; one sister, Maudeline Mobley of Branford, Florida; eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
