WORCESTER-Phyllis G. (Curly) Sullivan, 89, passed away Saturday, June 19. Her husband, Thomas J. Sullivan died in 1984. She leaves two nieces.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Carl A. and Regina M. (Gordon) Curly. Phyllis graduated from Commerce High School and Salter’s Secretarial School. She worked as a bonded rater at Norton Company for many years retiring in 1980. Phyllis was a long time member of St. Christopher’s Church, its Outreach Program and also served as Past President of the Woman’s Guild. She was also a member of the Woman’s 25 Year Club at Norton Company.
A visiting period will be held on Tuesday, June 22 from 8:30 until 9:30 AM at FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 W. Boylston St., W. Boylston with a Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Christopher’s Church, 950 W. Boylston St., Worcester. Interment will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, W. Boylston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Christopher’s Church, 950 W. Boylston St., Worcester, MA 01606.
