Rockland – Clara L. G. (Morris) Morelli 82 died Wednesday June 16. She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick Morelli.
Born in Boston and raised in Roslindale she was the daughter of the late Albert and Margaret (Baun) Morris.
Clara had been a resident of Rockland for over 37 years and had worked in the shoe industry.
She loved playing bingo at many local sites.
She is survived by her loving children Robert Morelli of Somerset, Steven Morelli of Roslindale, and Debbie Morelli of Rockland, her sisters Thelma Doucette of FL and Alberta Bolser of Roslindale, her grandchildren Brian, Athena, Steven Jr. and Scott as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Pamela (Morelli) Torrey.
Family and close friends of Clara are invited to attend her funeral service to be held Monday June 21 at 8 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman. Burial will be private in the MA VA Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours will be held three hours prior to the service from 5 PM to 8 PM.
