Mrs. Claire C. Broderick, age 83 of Burlington, formerly of Mashpee and Medford died Sunday in the Golden Living Center in Lexington. She was the wife of the late Melvin Broderick.
Mrs. Broderick was born in Medford, the daughter of the late Saverio and Luigia (Carullo) Del Ninno. She is a graduate of local schools and continued her education with 2 years of college. She was a Treasurer, employed by City Of Medford in the Credit Union office in City Hall for more than 20 years. In her spare time she loved to knit and crochet and was fond of traveling. She spent many hours with her beloved nieces and nephews. She is the sister of the late Constance Shannon, Silvio Del Ninno, Nicholas Del Ninno, and Edward Del Ninno. She leaves several nieces and nephews and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main Street MEDFORD on Friday at 9 AM. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, Fellsway West, Medford. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 pm. Burial will follow on Friday in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
