Dominick Cieri, of Plymouth formerly of East Orange, NJ; passed away on June 9th at the age of 83. The beloved husband of the late Jane (Demuth), he is survived by his daughter Deborah Tanis and her husband Mark of Plymouth; his son Matthew Cieri of Brunswick, ME and his cherished granddaughter Amanda Tanis. He also leaves his sister Pam Lorenzetti of FL; nephew Richard Cieri of NJ and his children Deborah and Jason Ceiri and also many other loving family members. Dominick was born in Belleville, NJ and served in the US Army during WWII. He retired from General Dynamics in Quincy as a ship fitter and worked as an ironworker for many years prior to that. Dominick enjoyed building ship models, gardening, dog training and especially spending time with his family. A funeral mass will be held at St. Peter’s Church in Plymouth on Saturday, June 12th at 10 AM followed by internment at Vine Hills Cemetery. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations in his memory be made to the Parkinsons Disease Association, 720 Harrison Ave, Boston, MA 02111.
