Belmont-----Beverly J. Mills, 66, of 28 Great Brook Drive, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 after a courageous battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
Mrs. Mills was born October 9, 1943 in Melrose, Mass., the daughter of Warren and Geraldine (Benner) Taylor.
Mrs. Mills lived in Laconia for several years before moving to Belmont in 2005. She was a L.P.N. and a volunteer at Lakes Region General Hospital for many years and had a lifelong passion as a nurse caring for others. She will be missed and we will miss her love and compassion. She loved her animals, Harley and Princess.
Survivors include her husband of forty-six years, Lawrence “Larry” Mills, of Belmont; two daughters, Kimberly Gates and Melissa Kratzsch; three grandchildren, Cassie, Amanda, Jessica; a nephew, Peter Martin and a niece, Sheryl Romeo. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mills was predeceased by a sister, Marsha Martin.
According to her wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
