Denise Clinton, of Cambridge and Somerville, passed away on May 31st at her mother’s house in Plymouth after a courageous battle with melanoma. She was 51. Born in Somerville, she graduated from Somerville High School and Chamberlayne College in Boston with her Associates Degree in computer science. Denise worked for Corning Inc. as a buyer for their Life Sciences division and enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts and especially spending time with her family.
Denise is survived by her mother Helene (Griffin) Clinton of Plymouth, her father John P. Clinton of Somerville and her brother John M. “Jack” Clinton of Plymouth. She also leaves her niece Christina Clinton of RI; her aunt and uncle Joseph and Dorothy Griffin and many other beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, June 5th at St. Bonaventure’s Church at 10 AM followed by burial at Manomet Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd. (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) on Friday, June 4th from 5 to 9 PM.
