Meredith-----Jon C. Polosky, Sr., 66, of Meredith, passed away, Wednesday, May 19, 2010 surrounded by his family.
Born October 12, 1943 in Keene, N.H., he was the son of Frank J. and Valerie C. (Baker) Polosky of Keene.
Jon is survived by his wife, Linda Polosky; three sons, Frank J. Polosky, Jon C. Polosky, Jr. and Jeffrey C. Polosky; two stepsons, Danny Maltais and Jason Maltais; a stepdaughter, Melissa Maltais; one grandchild and seven step grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held at the family home at 119 Black Brook Road, Meredith on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 1:00PM.
