WORCESTER-James L. Conlin, Jr., 70, of Dillon Heights died Saturday, May 29 in UMass Memorial Hospital. He leaves three daughters, Kellie A. Mattress and her husband Raymond of Auburn, Melissa A. Conlin-Stolberg and her wife, Donna of Millbury and Shawna A. Conlin of Auburn; two sisters, Maureen Farmer of Pepperell and Jane Wyman-Chila of Clinton; two nieces, Meghan Wyman and Kimberly Leonard; two nephews, Matthew Wyman and Scott Farmer and six grandchildren, Anthony, Domenic, Kyle, Tyler, Adrianna and John.
He was born in Worcester the son of James L. Conlin, Sr. and Mary (Hayes) Conlin. Mr. Conlin worked for the Telegram and Gazette for over 40 years as a composer retiring in 2001. He was a member of Saint John’s Church.
The funeral is Thursday, June 3rd from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint John’s Church, 40 Temple Street. Burial will be in Saint John’s Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday, June 2nd from 5:00 until 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
