Mr. Jimmy Davis Cromer, age 60, of Danbury passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at his home. Mr. Cromer was born in Stokes County on February 18, 1950 to Edward James and Roxie Mabe Cromer. Mr. Cromer was of the Baptist Faith.Mr. Cromer is survived by his parents, two sons Gregory and Karla Cromer of King and Bradley and Bridget Cromer of Walnut-Cove; one daughter, Regina Cromer of Pilot Mountain; seven grandchildren; one brother, Benny Cromer of Lawsonville; four sisters, Margaret Barber of King, Betty Mabe and Carolyn Fulp both of Danbury and Janice Turney of Thomasville and girlfriend, Teresa. Mr. Cromer was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Wayne Cromer. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 31, 2010 at Cox-Needham Chapel in Danbury at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Roy Fagg and Rev. Ralph Mitchell officiating with interment to follow in the Samaria Primitive Baptist church Cemetery.
