Dorothea E. Turbesi Pressnell 76, of King St. died Wednesday at
Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Rudolph Turbesi. Dorothea was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late John and Hilda Johnson.
She was an assembler for the Foxboro Company for over fifteen years before retiring fourteen years ago.
She is survived by a son Michael Turbesi, a daughter Debra Turbesi, two sisters, Hilda Gardner and Ella Demers, all of Blackstone, three grandchildren, Kevin and Keith Turbesi and Angela Hoffman and one great grandson Zachary. She was also the sister of the late Earl and John Johnson, and Isabel Savoie.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Theresa's Church, Rathbun St. Blackstone. Burial will be held in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Friday 4-7 PM.
