Mary D. MacPherson, 72 of Medway and formerly of Watertown died May 24 in her home.
Born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada, May 17, 1938 the daughter of the late Leonard and Amy (Allison) MacPherson, Mary came to America at the age of 18 living in Watertown for most of her life prior to moving to Medway 7 years ago.
She had been a nurse’s aide at the Emerson Convalesant Home in Watertown for 37 years before her retirement.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Deborah Kingsbury and her husband, Bill of Medway.
She is also survived by her sisters, Mildred Monette, Winnifred Petrie, Geraldine Currie, Martina McGrath and Rose McLeod, all of Canada.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ryan, Kimberly and Kristin Kingsbury and her niece, Anne Marie Cobb of Canada.
Services and burial will be private.
