TAUNTON – Thomas Trevor Harris died on May 22, 2010, when the motorcycle he was riding was struck by a car.
He was 26.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of Thomas J. Harris and Deirdra M. (Lopes) Brown.
Raised and educated in Taunton, he was a 2001 graduate of Taunton High School.
Trevor was employed most recently as a mechanic for Jiffy Lube in Franklin, and was a member of the Edgewood Church of Christ in Mansfield.
He enjoyed auto mechanics, and riding and working on motorcycles.
He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Besides his father of Taunton, and his mother of Holbrook, he leaves his stepfather, William Brown of Bermuda; his son, Jamari T. Harris of Taunton; five sisters, Meagan A. Harris of Brockton, Melodye Harris of Taunton, and Michelle, Marsha, and Leslie Harris, all of Providence; a nephew, Sandro Mendes of Brockton; his godchild, Tayson Turner of Fall River; and several aunts and uncles.
His funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway on Friday, May 28th at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary’s Church at 11 a.m.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling Hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 27th from 5 to 8 p.m.
