METHUEN – Barbara A. (Keyes) Riddle 77 of Methuen died Sunday May 23, 2010 at her home in Methuen, MA.
Born and educated in Methuen and a lifelong resident, she was the daughter of Lindsey and Mary (Maclellan) Keyes and was a graduate of the Edward F. Searles High School. For 19 years she was the payroll clerk at the Wood Mill Nursing Home in Lawrence, MA. She loved to travel to Aruba and Canada.
She leaves her husband of 55 years Raymond C. Riddle of Methuen, MA. Barbara is also survived by her son Lindsey and his wife Julia Riddle also of Methuen.
One cherished granddaughter and two great-grandchildren
2 brothers Bernard Keyes and his friend Gloria Rizzo and Frank Keyes and his friend Mary McGrath all of Methuen.
1 sister Janet Elias and her husband Atty. Clifford Elias of North Andover
Cousins Mary Elizabeth Maclellan and Mary Kelly and her husband Pat all of Nova Scotia. Barbara’s best friend Cordelia Rondeau of Methuen and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Hone, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:00a.m. at St. Monica’s Church in Methuen with burial to follow in the Elmwood Cemetery also in Methuen.
