Lenore Lee Duncan, 55, Clarksville, died Thursday, May 20, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born Jan.29, 1955, in Fort Meade, Maryland the daughter of James S. Holmes and Janet Allen Holmes. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Daniel Holmes. She was a dispatcher for Montgomery County 911 for thirteen years and previously a dispatcher for Tennessee Highway Patrol for four years. She loved her job and her co-workers as well as her large network of friends. She served in the United States Army and was a former resident of Arizona. She is survived by her fiancee Steven Smith, one daughter Janelle(Paul)Ferrier, one sister Margie Proctor and two beloved grandchildren Autumn and Emily. She is also survived by a niece Heather Milliken and two great nieces Macey, Mallory and one great nephew Bennett. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Nashville
