Dorris Edwin Hunter, 85, Clarksville, died Saturday, May 15, 2010, at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, TN. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Springhill Cemetery with Rev. Jamie Mandrell officiating. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born June 18, 1924 in Clarksville, TN son of the late Carroll Freeman Hunter and Pauline Weakley Hunter. Mr. Hunter was a US Army veteran and served during WWII. He was retired from Walmart. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy H. Hunter; three sons, Donald L. Hunter, Brattleboro, Vermont; Michael E. Hunter, New Orleans, LA; and Benjamin H. Hunter, Austin, TX; a brother, William D.
