Mary-Kate, (Meehan) “Katie” Lodi,died May 13, 2010, suddenly after a courageous battle with liver and kidney transplants at the age 45. Of Stoneham and formerly of Charlestown, Katie was the daughter of the late Francis J., and Clare I. (Murphy) Meehan. She was the beloved wife of Peter J. Lodi and loving mother of Gino F., and Alyssa C. Lodi. She was the devoted sister of Lisa Anne Meehan of Stoneham and daughter-In-law of Helen Mary Ann Lodi of Stoneham. She was the niece of Barbara Isaacoson of Waltham, Margaret Canney of Charlestown, Patricia Meehan of Quincy and survived by many loving cousins.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28 Stoneham) Tuesday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Katie’s life in the St. Patricks Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Monday from 4 – 8 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment will be Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
