Fall River - Ralph B. Greenhalgh, 86, of Westport died on October 28, 2003 after atbrief illness at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Marie Yvette(Caron) Greenhalgh and step-son of Anne Marie (Nadeau) Greenhalgh of Westport.
He was born in Fall River son of the late Thomas and Sadie (Cross) Greenhalghand resided in Westport for the past 57 years. He was the owner/operator of theformer Ralph Greenhalgh & Son Co., Westport retiring in 1980.
Mr. Greenhalgh was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II. He was a member of theMassachusetts Electrical Contractors Association, a charter member of the WestportLions Club and one of the founders of the Westport Federal Credit Union.
In addition to his wife and step-mother he is survived by a son: Richard B.Greenhalgh and his wife Barbara of Westport; a brother: Thomas E. Greenhalgh ofWestport; 1 grandson; 1 great-grandson; and several nieces & nephews.
He was brother of the late James A. Greenhalgh.
