Crystal Banks-Mai, 30, Clarksville, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor Matthew Brown officiating. The remains are to be cremated. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sheila Banks, her grandfathers, Gean Clapper and Harry Banks; and her aunt, Judy Banks. Survivors inclue her parents, Donnie and Susan Banks, Paris, TN; husband, Brian Mai, Clarksville; two daughters, Dreyvan Page, Paris, TN and Amelya Mai, Clarksville; three sisters, Heather Barrett (Curt), Haley Banks, and Megan Banks; grandmothers, Marlene Maher and Peggy Knicker (Edward); several aunts and uncles, Renee Eathom, Joe and Pat McClure, Lynn and Janet Banks, Johnny Banks, Gean Clapper, Lisa & Michael Evans; and a niece, Emily Barrett.
