Helen (Pelletier) Szczepkowski, age 88 of Freetown entered into eternal rest surrounded by her loving family May 6, 2010. Widow of Stanley Szczepkowski and daughter of the late Philip Pelletier and Flora (Thibodeau) Pelletier. Born in Fall River, she was a member of St. Bernard Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by 5 children: Stanley of Freetown, Leo of E. Taunton, Walter of Lakeville, Doris Brisson of Swansea and Helen McCrohan of Berkley;13 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. She was mother of the late Philip Szczepkowski and sister of the late Irenee "Pete", Leo and Raymond Pelletier, Yvonne Lesczynski and Lucille Gagnon.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Tuesday at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bernard Church at 10 A.M.
