WORCESTER___Florence E. (Holozubiec) Piasecki, 85, of 55 Huntington Ave., died Sunday Oct. 26 in St. Vincent Hospital. Her husband, John J. Piasecki died Oct. 6, 1990.
She leaves two sons, John F. Piasecki of Webster and Stephen D. Piasecki of Stoneham; two brothers, Henry Holozubiec of Lawrence and Edward Holozubiec of Amesbury; a sister, Wanda Connolly of Lawrence; two granddaughters and several nephews and nieces. She was born in Lawrence, a daughter of Stephen and Amelia Holozubiec and had resided here for 50 years.
Mrs. Piasecki was a sales clerk for almost 20 years at Jordan Marsh Co., and retired several years ago. After retiring she was a volunteer 10 years for Fallon Clinic. She was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday Oct. 29 from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 9:00 am in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours in the funeral home are Tuesday Oct. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
