FALL RIVER … Victoria L. (Smialek) Skrzypiec, 82, of Fall River died Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
She was the wife of the late Walter Skrzypiec.
She died at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Kaszowska) Smialek.
She was the office manager at the former Bristol Knitting Mills retiring after over 25 years of service.
Mrs. Skrzypiec was a member of the Blessed Trinity Polish National Catholic Church on Winthrop Street where she was very active and sang with their choir.
Survivors include a sister Frances Smialek of Fall River, 5 brothers: Henry Smialek of Shrewsbury, MA, Milton Smialek of Fall River, John Smialek of WI, Alfred Smialek of South Dartmouth, and Thomas Smialek of Peoria, AZ, a step-daughter Carol Ann Drapeau of Tiverton, RI, many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Alice Smialek, Helen Smialek, Sarah Lacava, Louise Finn, Louis Smialek, and Jacob Smialek.
