Obituary

Ralph J. Dufault, 91 of Spencer, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 2 in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester after a short illness.

He leaves his daughter Marilyn Lussier and her husband George of Rutland, five grandchildren Michelle Linn and her husband Frank, Monique Larose and her husband Andre, David Lussier and his wife Jessica, Donald Lussier and his wife Meghan, Nicole Mason and her husband Bill, a brother Julian “Larry” Dufault and his wife Dorothy of Charlton, a sister Germain Arsove and her husband Maynard of Seattle, Wa., as well as 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by 6 brothers and 2 sisters.

Ralph was born in Spencer, the son of Henry and Antoinette (Vandale) Dufault and lived here his entire life. He often spoke of his young years on the farm with his brothers and sisters. One of Ralph’s hobbies was biking, which he enjoyed up until the time of his illness. His other favorite pastimes included gardening and camping.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 7 at 1p.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer, burial will follow in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. A calling hour will precede the service on Friday from 12p.m to 1p.m.
