WORCESTER-Robert V. Carey, 84, died Saturday, April 24.
He leaves several cousins, including Donald Smith of Ashland and Charles Smith of Shrewsbury. He was born in Worcester, son Peter G. and Dorothy M. (Hartnett) Carey and was a Army Veteran of WWII.
A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 28, at 11 AM in Saint Peter’s Church, 931 Main St. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. There are no visiting hours. Arrangements are under the care of CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. www.callahanfay.com
