Mrs. Bernice Stewart, age 70, of Douglas, GA passed away at her residence on Friday, April 23, 2010. Mrs. Stewart was born on August 15, 1939 to the late Deany Calvin and Lindon Roberts Rouse. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2010 in the Sand Hill Church Cemetery at 4:00 p.m. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home. Survivors include: husband, Robert Stewart, Douglas, GA; daughters: Carla Stewart and Gina Lambing, Douglas, GA; sister, Ida Lynn Sanders, Dawson, GA; brother, Mickey Rouse, Waresboro, GA, grandson, Stewart Lambing, Douglas, GA and several nieces and nephews.
