HAVERHILL: Nadine M. Bolen, 53, died Thursday, April 22, 2010 in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born in Boston on March 2, 1957, she was the beloved daughter of Robert W., Sr. and Mary E. ”Betty” (Thibault) Bolen. As a young girl she attended Marlboro and Boxford Public Schools and was a graduate of Masconomet Regional High School class of 1975. Nadine furthered her education at Endicott College in Beverly, receiving her Associates Degree in Business Administration.
She was employed at Endicott College for fifteen years as the Director of Alumni Relations.
Nadine was very involved with the Endicott College Community and enjoyed her time spent with the students and faculty. In her leisure time she liked to spend time horseback riding and cooking for her family. Above all, spending time with her family was most important to her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her two loving daughters, Sarah L. Lambert of Haverhill and 2nd Lt. James D’Andrea and Jennifer L. Lambert and Nicholas Eddy of Plaistow, NH, one brother, Robert W. Bolen, Jr. and Sharon Doble of Haverhill, three sisters and two brother-in-laws, Diane Wildes and her husband, Roger of Groveland, Alyson Lambert and her husband, Neil of West Newbury and Janice Bolen of Boxford, several nieces and nephews, and a dear friend Frank Celani.
A celebration of Nadine’s life will be held on Wednesday in The Chapel at Endicott College, 376 Hale St., (Rt. 127) Beverly at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday in the Grondin Funeral Home, 376 Cabot Street, Beverly from 4 – 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the Nadine M.
