Elizabeth Wilcox Bennett, 100, formerly of Heath Street and Old Stonington Road, Mystic, passed away on April 22, 2010, in Dover NH.
She is survived by her sons, Kenneth and his wife Dorelle of Dover NH, Alan and his wife Aldeane of North Reading MA and Zephyr Hills FL, and Philip and his wife Dorothy of Lamoine ME., a brother, William Thorp of Noank, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Morris C. Bennett, a sister Frances T. Smith and her parents J. Harold and Elsie Thorp.
She was a graduate of Stonington High School (1928), of Dana Hall, Wellesley MA (1929), and New England Conservatory of Music, Boston (1932).
Her family will greet relatives and friends at The Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Historic downtown Mystic on Thursday from 10am-10:45am, followed by an 11am Service. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
