Robert Cecil Preston, 71, Clarksville, died Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. No services are planned. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born Oct. 2, 1938 in Paintsville, KY, the son of Cecil C. Preston and Malissa Ward Preston. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Betty Jo Preston and one sister Gretta Conley. He attended Grace Nazarene. He was a retired teacher at Eastern Arizona College and also a retired Minister. He is survived by two sons Robert Bryan Preston of Clarksville, Mitchell Dean Preston of Prattville, AL, one daughter Malissa Jo Allen of Dallas, TX, one sister Marieta Gray Day of Phoenix, AZ, five grandchildren.
