Alfred Bourgouin, 95, of Manchester, died October 22, 2003, at the Laurel Center, Bedford after a long illness.
He was born May 4 1908 in Nicolet, Quebec, and was the son of Albert and Hermeline(Benoit) Bourgouin. He was a member of St. Augustin Church.
Mr. Bourgouin had worked as a cobbler for many years at the Dorson Fleisher Shoe Company retiring in 1973.
He was predeceased by his wife Juliette Bourgouin in 1978.
Family members include his daughter, Irene Bourgouin Murphy, of Greenwich CN; a son, Maurice Bourgouin of Manchester; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A committal service was held Friday October 24, 2003 at the Mt. Calvary Mausoleum,474 Goffstown Rd. Manchester.
Entombment followed in the Mausoleum.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, assisted the family with the arrangements.
