Visiting hours in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Friday 5-8 pm followed by a Prayer Service at 8 pm. Gravesides Service in the Veteran’s Section of Melrose Cemetery, Brockton Sat. at 9:30 am.
Obituary
Mr. Dumay died Tuesday at the Northeast Specialty Hospital, Stoughton after a courageous battle with brain cancer.
He was born in Manhatten, NY son of Antoinia (Poinson) Jacotin and was the stepson of John B. Jacotin both of Missouri City, Texas. He had been a resident of Brockton for the past 4 years and previously lived in Leominster.
Mr. Dumay is a veteran of the United States Army and was stationed in Alaska
He received his associate degree in criminal justice from Massasoit Community Collegeand for the past 2 years has been a Massachusetts corrections officer at Norfolk County House of Correction.He was a member of the corrections officers union.
He enjoyed watching football and loved his family.
