Mrs. Lillian Marie Elizabeth “Memere” (Briere) Beaulieu Hotte, of Taunton, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 13 in Longmeadow of Taunton, following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of Normand P. Hotte. She was born 89 years ago in Taunton, the daughter of the late Leonide and Georgianna (Briere) Beaulieu. She was educated
in Taunton, a graduate of the former St. Jacques Grammar School, and was a lifelong city resident. She was an avid seamstress and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially going on picnics. She was a communicant of the former St. Jacques Church.

Paul Randall Hotte and his wife, Pam of Charleston. S.C.
1 daughter: Therese L. Corliss and her husband, George of Taunton
5 grandchildren: Bobby Hotte, Jeannine Terra, Jessica Cahill, Deborah MacNeill and Amy Rogers

Mrs. Hotte was also the grandmother of the late Timothy Hotte and the late Daniel Hotte, and was the sister of the late Randall J. Briere.
Funeral services will be held from The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, on Friday, April 16 at 9:00 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow in St. Jude the Apostle Church (formerly St. Jacques Church) at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.
