Obituary

WEBSTER – Lillian C. (Belleville) St. Pierre, 92, of San Juan Capistrano, California, died Sunday, October 19, at the Brighton Garden Nursing Home. Her husband of 48 years, J. Edward St. Pierre, died in 1989.

She leaves 2 sons, Jack St. Pierre of Sugarloaf, PA, and Paul R. St. Pierre of San Juan Capistrano, California; a sister, Lorraine Beausoleil, of Putnam; 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by 5 brothers, Bernard, Roger, Edgar, George and Leon Belleville, and a sister, Alice Hefner.

She was born in Dudley, a daughter of Elzear and Malvina (Morgan) Belleville, and lived in Webster before moving to Pennsylvania and then to California. She graduated from Saint Anne’s School where she completed the commercial course in business.

She was employed as an office clerk at Cranston Print Works, Co. until her retirement in 1967. Previously, she worked at the Waterhouse Company in Dudley.

Mrs. St. Pierre was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and its Ladies of Saint Anne. She was also a member of the AARP. She golfed until she reached her seventies. She enjoyed cross stitching and sewing.

The funeral will be held Friday, October 24, from Scanlon Funeral Service, East Main Street, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main Street. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 6-9 PM Thursday, October 23, at the funeral home.
