Obituary

Mary Lou Gorman, of Wilmington passed away April 8th unexpectedly at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. She was the beloved wife of Robert J. Gorman and together they shared more than 49 years of marriage. Born in Cambridge she was the daughter of the late Helena (Lord) and William C. Baker.

Mrs. Gorman was a resident of Wilmington for 45 years. She worked as an assembly worker for the AGFA Corp. in Wilmington for over 30 years. Mostly devoted to her loving family she cherished spending time with her grandchildren. She was also an animal lover and enjoyed caring for her two dogs and two cats. In her leisure time, Mrs. Gorman loved traveling to Foxwoods Casino to try her luck and she regularly attended bingo at St. William's Church in Tewksbury.

In addition to her late parents, Mrs. Gorman is predeceased by her granddaughters, Samantha and Sydney Carita. She is survived by her husband Robert and their children, Jeffrey Gorman and his wife April of Nashua, NH, Robert Gorman and Sandra Gorman both of Wilmington, Cathy Carita and her husband Alan of Bellingham. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Courtney and Chloe Carita, Connor, Brandon and Bobby Gorman. She is further survived by her brother, William Baker and his wife Donna of Billerica and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral services will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 374 Main St. Wilmington, Sunday evening, April 11th, at 7 :00 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family prior to the service on Sunday from 3 thru 7 p.m. Interment services will be private. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mary Lou's memory to the March of Dimes Massachusetts Chapter, 114 Turnpike Road, Suite 202, Westborough, MA, 01581
