Michael Barrymoore Connaught of Saugus and Medford, April 1, age 58, beloved husband of Mary Lou (Rea) Connaught. Mr. Connaught was born in Genada on July 13, 1951, the son of the late Allie and Geneva (Cummings) Connaught. Michael was raised in Grenada before moving to the United States more than 30 years ago. He worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Winn Management Company, caring for the Mystic Towers, for many years. Mr. Connaught was a very hard working and honest family man.
He was the loving father of Bethia C. Connaught of Medford and Kizia and Kishon St. Clair, both of Grenada, devoted brother of Maureen Ollivierre of Grafton, Anne Gill of Grenada, Mary Connaught of Roxbury and Allston Connaught of Grenada and cherished grandfather of Michaella Jean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His funeral was from the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 9 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 10 AM. Many relatives and friends respectfully attended. Visiting hours were Monday, April 5, 2010, from 4 to 7 PM. Interment was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Topsfield.
