Obituary

Peabody: Timothy P. Spencer, age 46 of Peabody, died Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers surrounded by his family, following a two year battle with brain cancer.
Born and raised in Salem, he was the son of Robert E. Spencer and the late Ann Marie (Poitras) Spencer. In addition to his father, he is survived by a daughter, Tasha R. Spencer of Salem, a son, Zachary R. Spencer of Everett, a sister, Deborah Spencer Smith of Swampscott, Jeannie (Beatrice) Hofacre of Peabody and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Timothy was a graduate of Salem High School and then worked as a self-employed electrician. He was especially devoted to his family and friends, was a member of the Emmanuel Community Church in Essex and particularly loved music, concerts and building and riding motorcycles.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visiting hours on Friday, April 9, 2010 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St. [Rt. 114 / 1-A], Salem. A private service for family members and close personal friends will be held in the funeral home immediately following visiting hours. No burial services are scheduled at this time.
