TAUNTON – Kathleen R. (Lee) Pina of Taunton died at Life Care Center of Raynham on Sunday April 4, 2010.
She was 90.
Born in London, England, she was the daughter of the late John and Caroline K. (Crawley) Lee.
Educated in London schools, she came to America in 1946, and made Taunton her home shortly after.
Mrs. Pina was employed by Morton Hospital as a nurses aide in the maternity ward for 15 years, retiring in 1984.
Prior to that she had worked for the former Annsonia Mills in East Taunton.
She was a member of the Morton Hospital Retirees.
Her survivors include a son, Arthur Pina Jr. and his wife Alice of Trenton, FL; two daughters, June Rogers and her husband Thomas of Middleboro, and Kathleen L. Fuller of Lakeville; a sister, Doll Sawyer of Victoria, Australia; a brother, John W. Lee of Castle Donington, England; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Home Services will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton, on Thursday, April 8th at 10 a.m.
Burial will be at Mayflower Hill Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
