Patricia Louise Lavoie, 63, of Manchester, passed from this life, Saturday April 3, 2010 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH. Patricia was born in Derry, daughter to the late Chanel L. and Irene A. (Champigny) Lavoie.
She attended both the Mt. St. Mary’s School in Nashua and then Pinkerton Academy in Derry. Patricia lived in San Francisco for 35 years until moving to the Meeting House assisted living facility in Manchester recently. She loved her cat Rachel and making cards and crafts of all sorts. Patricia worked as a caregiver for the elderly.
She is survived by her brother, Donald Lavoie of Merrimack, NH, sister, Joan Desclos of Milford, NH, niece, Michelle Nicastro of Merrimack, NH, Nephew, David Desclos of White House, TN, a niece Deborah Bentman of Nashua, NH, grandnieces and nephews and aunts and cousins,
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Monday April 12th at 11:00am in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Ave, Derry with burial that followed in Holy Cross Cemetery, Londonderry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry are handling the arrangements.
