Obituary

Mrs. Celeste C. Miller, of Newton, NH formerly of Wilmington, passed away suddenly on April 1st at the age of forty. She was the beloved wife of Brian S. Miller and together they shared more than twenty years of marriage. Born in Chicago, IL she was the devoted daughter of Jeanne (Spencer) Phillips of Wilmington, MA and the late Zora Phillips.

"C.C." as she was known by to her family and friends, was raised and educated in Wilmington. She graduated from Wilmington High School with the class of 1987. She continued her education at Northern Essex Community College receiving her certification for nursing as an LPN. She was currently employed at the Prescott House in North Andover where she was the Night Nursing Supervisor. She was very dedicated to her work and truly enjoyed caring for the elderly. In her leisure time she cherished spending time with her family and friends. She had an outgoing personality and loved to joke around and make people laugh. Together with her family she enjoyed the outdoors, four wheeling, camping and boating at Keoka Beach in South Waterford, ME. More recently she was overwhelmed with joy with birth of her beautiful granddaughter, Madison Miller.

In addition to her husband, mother and granddaughter, Celeste is survived by her loving children, Kayla, Nicholas, Shawn, and Cody Miller, Sarah Fraser all of Newton, NH and beloved dog "Ding Ding". She was the cherished sister of Lon Phillips of Billerica, Don Phillips of TN, Tiffeny Rygiel of Wilmington and Matthew Phillips of Lowell and is further survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 374 Main St. Wednesday, April 7th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Celeste's memory to the Boston Shriners Hospital, 51 Blossom St., Boston, MA 02114 or to Go Red for Women, American Heart Assoc., 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701-4688
