Zula Mae Richards Bell, 72, of Water Valley, MS passed away at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, TN on April 1, 2010. She was born in Yalobusha County, MS to the late Robert Walter and Beatrice McCain Richards. She was a member of the Woodland Hills Baptist Church of Water Valley, MS.
The visitation will be held Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS from 10:30 AM until Service time. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at 12:00 PM Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS with Rev. Ken Izzard presiding. The committal will be held in Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley, MS.
She is survived by two daughters, Ida Grayson of Fort Worth, TX and Melissa “Lisa” Hernandez and her husband Jamie of Brandon, MS; a sister, Bettie Martin of Water Valley, MS; four grandchildren, Lea Anna Grayson, Amber Nicole Grayson, Ashley Hernandez and Juan Hernandez; and two great grandchildren, Jessica and Nicole Smith.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Rowland Bell, Jr.
