Frank Lewinski, 95, of Bellingham died Monday, March 29, 2010 at Milford Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Mary E. (Dore) Lewinski who died in 2004.
Born in Milford on January 18, 1915, he was a son of the late John and Frances (Tomazewska) Lewinski.
Mr. Lewinski was a resident of Bellingham since 1944.
Retiring at the age of 75, he was he was the owner of the former Lewinski Plumbing and Heating Co. in Bellingham.
Mr. Lewinski was a member of the former Irish Round Tower Club of Milford. He was also a member of the NRA and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by; a son, Robert F. Lewinski and his wife, Judith of Milford, a daughter, Margaret Tighe of N. Attleboro and four grandchildren, Edward J. Tighe of S. Attleboro, Erin Kathleen Lewinski of Milford, Cynthia Roussel of Pennsylvania and Shari Ann Lewinski of Colorado.
He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three brothers and four sisters.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Wednesday, March 31 from the Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St., Medway at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Brendan’s Church in N. Bellingham at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Medway.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 9 – 9:30 a.m.
