DUDLEY - Anna B. (Plaza) Barrette, 99, formerly of West St., died Friday, March 26, 2010, in Lanessa Extended Care. Her husband of 73 years, Aldor T. Barrette, died in 2007.
She leaves a sister, Helen Burt of Webster; a brother, Stephen Plaza of Dudley; many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews.
She was born in Dudley, one of the 13 children of Joseph and Magdalena ((Duszlak) Plaza and was a lifelong resident.
Mrs. Barrette was a mill hand at Stevens Linen Associates for about 10 years. She was a homemaker most of her life.
She was a member of Saint Andrew Bobola Church. She enjoyed knitting.
The funeral will be held Wednesday, March 31, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main Street. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. Calling hours will be from 6:00 to 9:00 PM Tuesday, March 30, in the funeral home.
