Marco Cinquini, age 42, of Sanbornton, NH formerly of Somerville, MA passed away unexpectedly following an accident on March 14th. He was the beloved husband of Sandra (Jesus). Born in Montreal, Canada he was the son of the late Domenico and Maria (Bartolozzi) Cinquini.
Marco was a resident of Sanbornton, NH for only six months. He was formerly of Somerville, MA where he lived for many years. He was a graduate of St. Clement High School class of 1985. Following high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force and was a veteran of the Persian Gulf War. He honorably served his country for twenty years in the Air Force and the Air Force Reserves. Marco then went on to further his education at UMASS Lowell where he earned his degree in engineering. Currently Marco was employed as an electrical engineer with the Dept. of Defense in Arlington, VA. He also worked for a few years as an independent contractor at Hanscom Air Force Base and prior to that he worked for the Motorola Corp.
Mostly devoted to his loving family, he enjoyed building and meticulously painting model airplanes. He was also a big fan of Star Wars and enjoyed collecting memorabilia.
In addition to his beloved wife, Sandra, Marco is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Lauren Cinquini and Eva Maria Cinquini both of Sanbornton, NH. He is also survived by his sister, Stefania Catanese and her husband Robert of Mansfield, MA. He is further survived by his nieces, Daniela Bouley and her husband Allen, Angela Cunningham and her husband Jason. He was the cherished friend of Joseph Fodera and his wife Enza of Medford, MA.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St., Medford, Saturday, March 20, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., MEDFORD, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday from 4 thru 8. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Marco's memory to the Marco Cinquini Children's Trust Fund, P.O.
