Elizabeth J. (Stevens) Clifton age 72 of Salem, NH, died Saturday at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA.
She was born in Burlington, MA, grew up and was educated in Lawrence, MA. She was a resident of Salem for the past 8 years, formerly of Methuen, MA.
Mrs. Clifton was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Salem, NH. She enjoyed reading, baking, and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Walter Clifton

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, March 16, 9-10:30 AM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH. A funeral Mass will follow at 11 AM at St. Joseph Church, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH
