Obituary

Harold L. Brinn, 96, of Boston, formerly of Fall River, MA and Lumberton, NC died October 9, 2003 at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for the Aged.

He was the devoted husband of the late Shelley (Taradash) Brinn and son of the late Max and Judith Brinn.

Mr. Brinn was born in Vilna, Lithuania and lived in Fall River while working at the family business, Monarch Textile, as comptroller. He relocated to Lumberton, NC working at Vel-Cord Finishing as comptroller until retirement. In his retirement, he lived in Brookline.

While living in Fall River, he was a member of Temple Beth-El.

Mr. Brinn served in the US Army during World War II.

Survivors include his daughter, Letty Zieman of Mashpee; his son-in-law, Alden Zieman of Centerville; 4 grandchildren, Bernard Zieman and Kathleen Zieman, both of Centerville, MA and Merri Gutfleish and Harry Gutfleish, both of Oakland, NJ; 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

His Graveside Service was held on Sunday, October 12th in Temple Beth-El Cemetery, Fall River, MA.
