In Taunton, March 10, 2010, Marie Eva Richards, age 87 died suddenly in Morton Hospital after a period of failing health. Marie was the wife of the late James E. Richards. She was born in Attleboro to her late parents Frank & Jennie (McCue) Cote. Marie lived in Attleboro most of her life. She was a supervisor for the Robbins Co. in Attleboro, where she worked 36 years until her retirement. She enjoyed animals, bingo, all crafts and especially her time with her family. Marie is survived by her daughter Barbara Atchison and her husband Thomas of Raynham. Her four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Her late siblings Ralph, Ernest, Wilfred, George and Doris Cote. Marie also is survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. A funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA. 02780 on Friday, March 12th at 11am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours prior to the service from 9:30-11am. Interment in the family lot in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
