Mr. James J. Driscoll, age 89 died October 8, 2003, in Winchester Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Boston he was the son of the late Daniel J. & Agnes (Fitzgibbons) Driscoll.
Mr. Driscoll worked for over 40 years in Customer Service at Fruehauf Trailer in Waltham, retiring in 1986. He was a Medford resident for the last 20 years, formerly of Somerville.
He was the husband of the late Gertrude G. (Cosgrove) Driscoll. Devoted father of James Driscoll of New York, Marilyn Buldini and her husband Joseph of Medford. Loving Papa of Anthony, Brett, Joe, Jeff, Steve & Jimmy. Brother of Joseph Driscoll of Hingham, John Driscoll of Dorchester, and the late Daniel Driscoll. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Saturday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, 55 Winthrop St., Medford at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
