Amelia “Millie” (Anctil) Bouchard, 93, of Fall River died Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Catholic Memorial Home, Fall River. She was wife of the late George Bouchard.
Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Herve and Azilda (Marceau) Anctil, she was a lifelong resident of Fall River. Prior to retirement, she was a floor lady for various mills in the Fall River area. Mrs. Bouchard enjoyed knitting and ceramics and going out for breakfast every morning.
Survivors include a daughter: Carol A. Major of Westport; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was mother of the late Kenton Anctil and sister of the late Lucille Garand and Joseph “Hank” Anctil.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, March 12, 2010 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Thursday 5 – 8 P.M.
Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
