J. Charlotte (Hall) Packard, 52, of Windham, NH died Thurs. March 4th after a short illness.
Charlotte was born and educated in Oregon, the daughter of the late Mary Jane (Hess) and Melvin Hall. She lived in Windham for 5 years previously living in Salem, NH. Charlotte was a Collector with Zwicker & Assoc. in Andover, MA. She previously worked for Daisy Cleaners and the NH State Liquor Store.
Charlotte loved spending time with her family and she enjoyed entertaining.
She was predeceased by her brother Frank Hall.
