Obituary

DUDLEY- James M. "Mikey" Halloran, age 33, of 53 Eagle Drive Ext., died Sunday, September 28, at home after being stricken ill.

He leaves his mother and stepfather, Sandra C. (Marrier) Kunkel and James J. Kunkel, both of Dudley; his father, James R. Halloran of Webster; a sister, Lisa K. Halloran and her companion, Tami Cyr, both of Dudley; and his maternal grandmother, Margaret F. (Cyr) Marrier of Webster.

He was born in Webster, and graduated from Bartlett High School in 1988. He earned his Associate Degree in electronics and electrical, and then his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering technology from New England Institute of Technology in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Mr. Halloran was a surveyor for BC Engineering and Survey, Inc., in Oxford at the time of death. Previously he worked as an electronic engineer at Artel Video in Northborough.

He enjoyed playing softball and soccer. He loved snow skiing and mountain biking. He was devoted to his two dogs, Shadow and Ziggy. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

The funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, October 3, in Saint Joseph Bascilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. There are no calling hours.
