Lisa Petrone, 40 of Tewksbury, died Monday after a 2 year battle with cancer.
Born and raised in Medford, she lived in Tewksbury for the past 20 years. Lisa was a Medical Records Assistant with Bridgewell in Lowell and formerly a Financial Aid Advisory with Tufts University in Medford for 15 years. Lisa was known as a “Hockey Mom” because she enjoyed watching her children play hockey and she loved to cook.
Beloved wife of Ronald Petrone. Devoted mother of Krista, Nicholas and Anthony Petrone all of Tewksbury. Cherished daughter of Adelina (Turco) and Charles Palermo of Medford. Loving sister of Catherine Russo and her husband Robert of Medford, Josephine Taylor and her husband Jeff of Tewksbury. Dear aunt of Renee, Erica, Michael, Justin and Sean. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday March 6 at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 9 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
